Muwa Baby ships baby strollers, car seats, toys, and accessories to addresses across Malaysia. Free delivery to West Malaysia on all orders. East Malaysia ships via courier partners. Delivery takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation, Monday to Friday.

Muwa Baby Shipping Policy

1. Delivery zones and charges

We ship to all states across Malaysia, including East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Charges depend on your delivery zone.

For East Malaysia and international shipping enquiries, email sales@muwababy.com with your full address and the products you intend to order. We will provide a delivery estimate before you place your order.

2. Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order within 2–5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.
  • A second email with your tracking number is sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during festive seasons, public holidays, or in the event of disruptions outside our control.
  • Once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made as processing begins promptly to meet delivery targets.

3. Delivery requirements

To ensure safe and successful delivery, please note the following before placing your order:

  • Physical address required: we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotel addresses. Please provide a full physical residential or business address.
  • Signature on receipt: all Muwa Baby deliveries require a signature. The person named on the invoice — or an authorised representative — must be present to sign. If no one is available, the courier will follow the failed delivery process in section 5.
  • Weekday delivery only: deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours. No weekend or public holiday deliveries.
  • Verify your address: double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the courier's online tracking system.

  • Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
  • If you have not received your tracking email within 2 working days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@muwababy.com with your order number.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

If the courier cannot complete delivery on the first attempt — for example, because no one is available to sign — the following applies:

  • The courier will make a second delivery attempt or leave a notice with instructions for arranging self-collection from a nearby facility.
  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. Contact support@muwababy.com as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • Delays caused by adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control do not entitle a refund of shipping fees.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

6. Lost or damaged in transit

Once a parcel has been handed to our courier, responsibility for transit passes to the carrier. However, we will always help you resolve issues.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 12 working hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange an exchange or investigate the issue. Full terms in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us at support@muwababy.com and we will raise a claim with the courier and keep you updated.
  • We recommend retaining your tracking information until you have confirmed your order is received in good condition.

7. International shipping

Muwa Baby primarily serves customers in Malaysia. For deliveries outside Malaysia, contact sales@muwababy.com with your full delivery address and intended order. We will provide a shipping cost and estimated delivery time before you proceed.

  • Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can add to delivery time beyond our estimated timeframe.
