Q1: How do I register my Muwa Baby warranty?

Use the form on this page: add your details, order number, purchase date, and select every Muwa Baby product you are registering (you can choose more than one). Submit once — you are done in under two minutes. If you prefer, email warranty@muwababy.com with the same information and we will register it for you.

Q2: What warranty periods apply to Muwa Baby strollers and car seats?

Strollers (EN 1888): 1 year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Car seats (ECE R129 i-Size): 3 years on the same basis. Count from your invoice or order confirmation — that is your proof of purchase date.

Q3: Can I register more than one product at the same time?

Yes. Open each category, select every product you are registering, and select again to deselect if you change your mind. Your selection summary updates before you submit — one form, multiple products, one clear record for our warranty team.

Q4: What should I have ready before I hit submit?

Your order or invoice number, purchase date, contact details, and the exact Muwa Baby models you own. Keep your order confirmation email — it is the cleanest proof of purchase. You do not need to upload a receipt for registration unless we ask for it later during a claim.

Q5: Is my registration information kept private and secure?

Yes. We use your details only to support warranty service and to contact you about your registration or claim, in line with our Privacy Policy and Malaysia’s PDPA. We do not sell registration data.

Q6: How do I start a claim — and how quickly will Muwa Baby respond?
