• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotel addresses to ensure the security and proper handling of your valuable products. All deliveries require a physical address for optimal service.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the security and proper delivery of your products. The person listed on the invoice must be present to sign for the package, or an authorized representative with proper identification.
• Deliveries are made exclusively on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during standard business hours to ensure professional handling and proper customer service support throughout the delivery process.

• Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other governmental charges that may apply to your order are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.
