Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy outlines the available shipping options, delivery times, costs, and any restrictions on shipping locations. This policy ensures you have all the necessary information to make informed decisions about your purchases and their delivery.

Delivery Time

  • We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days from the time of purchase. Due to our fast processing times, once your order is placed, no changes can be made.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been processed, followed by a tracking number when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@muwababy.com. We will provide shipping time estimates based on your location.

Shipping Service

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The person listed on the invoice must sign for the package.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping within West Malaysia.
  • For East Malaysia, we provide low-cost shipping through our designated courier.
  • Any taxes or fees that apply are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping once the parcel is handed over to the courier. For lost packages, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Delayed or Undelivered Packages

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice for self-pickup. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, where you can arrange for pickup.
  • Exceptional circumstances, such as bad weather or busy festive seasons, may cause delays in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Please use this number to track the delivery status of your package.
