Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Muwababy come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description

What is Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship.
Manufacturing defects that affect the product's functionality or safety.
Malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues during normal use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Wear and tear from regular use.
Damage from accidents, including but not limited to drops, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or second-hand channels.

Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Reach out to us at warranty@muwababy.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the defect.
Once we receive your claim, we will assess the product’s condition and determine if it meets the warranty criteria.
If your claim is valid, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and availability of the product.

Return Shipping

If your warranty claim is approved, Muwababy will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. However, if the claim is deemed invalid, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs.
For warranty claims from international customers, shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

Refund or Replacement

If a replacement is not available, we may offer a full refund or store credit for the defective item.
Replacement products will come with a new 1-year warranty from the date of issuance.

Limitations of Liability

Muwababy’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from product use.
